Set up your Introwise account
A first-run checklist for setting up your profile, booking page, services, availability, calendars, payments, and test booking.
Use this checklist when you are setting up Introwise for the first time. You do not need to finish every advanced setting before sharing your booking page, but completing the basics helps clients understand what you offer and book without extra back-and-forth.
1. Complete your account and public profile
Go to Dashboard > Account to review your account details. Add the name, profile information, and public-facing details you want clients to see.
2. Set up your booking page
Go to Dashboard > Booking to update your booking page text and page settings. Make sure your page description explains who you help, what clients can book, and what they should expect after booking.
3. Create your first service
Go to Dashboard > Scheduling > Services and create at least one service. A service defines what clients can book, including the title, description, duration, price, availability, location, and payment processing. See Creating services for detailed steps.
4. Set availability and scheduling rules
In Dashboard > Scheduling > Services, review your availability, scheduling rules, time off, and cancellation policy. Availability controls when clients can book, while scheduling rules control details like minimum notice and how far in advance clients can book.
5. Connect your calendar
Connect a calendar so Introwise can check your free and busy time and add booked sessions to your calendar. Introwise supports Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook calendar, and Apple Calendar.
6. Choose how payments work
Go to Dashboard > Payments to connect Stripe or PayPal, choose No payments for offline/manual payment collection, and review your currency. Start with Accepting payments with Stripe, Accepting payments with PayPal, and Changing currency if you need more detail.
7. Test your booking page
Open your booking page link and review it as a client. Check your page description, service names, available times, time zone display, checkout, and confirmation experience. If you use paid services, test with the payment setup you plan to use before sharing the link broadly.
8. Share your booking link
When the test looks right, share your booking page link from the dashboard. You can also share direct links to individual services, including hidden services that should not appear publicly on your booking page.
