Creating services

How to create a service that your clients can book sessions for based on your availability.

2 min readUpdated

Services let clients book personal sessions with you based on your availability. They work like booking links, with Introwise handling scheduling, checkout, reminders, and call links.

Creating a service

  1. Go to Dashboard > Scheduling > Services.
  2. Click Add new service.
  3. Add the service title, description, duration, price, availability, location, payment processing, and any workflows.
  4. Optional: hide the service from your booking page, collect the client's phone number, or override the default scheduling rules when the feature is available on your plan.
  5. Click Save.

Service details

  • Title is the name you and your clients will see.
  • Description is shown on your booking page and service page.
  • Duration can use a preset or a custom value in minutes or hours.
  • Price is the amount charged for one session before discounts. Use 0 for a free service.
  • Availability controls which time slots clients can book for this service.
  • Location controls where the session happens, such as an Introwise call, Zoom, or another saved location.

Each service has a direct link. Use it to send clients straight to that service, or to share a hidden service with selected clients.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Scheduling > Services.
  2. Open the service you want to share.
  3. Copy the booking page link shown on the service editing page.

Editing, removing, or cloning a service

You can edit, delete, or clone a service from Dashboard > Scheduling > Services. Existing booked sessions are not changed when you edit or delete the service. If you no longer want new clients to book a service, consider hiding it first.

Troubleshooting

The service is not shown on the booking page

If a service is not shown on your booking page, it is usually marked as hidden. Open the service in your dashboard and turn off the hidden option if you want it to appear publicly. Also check that your booking page is published and that the service has valid availability and pricing settings.
