Selling digital products
How to create, sell, deliver, and manage digital products and Content Library items on Introwise.
Digital products let you sell files and external links from your Content Library as standalone offers on your Introwise booking page. The feature is currently in private beta. Contact Introwise support if you would like it enabled.
What you can sell
- Files of any type, up to 500 MB per file.
- External URLs, such as a private resource page, shared folder, video, or other hosted content.
- One or more files and links in the same digital product.
Content Library items stay private from clients until they are included in a purchased or claimed digital product.
Add content to the Content Library
- Go to Dashboard > Products > Content Library.
- Choose Upload file or Add URL.
- Give the item a clear client-facing name. Clients see this name on the delivery page.
You can reuse the same Content Library item in more than one digital product.
Create a digital product
- Go to Dashboard > Products > Digital products and select Add new product.
- Add a title and a description that clearly explain what the client receives.
- Set a price. Enter 0 to offer the product for free.
- For a paid product, choose the connected payment account that should process the payment.
- Select the files and links to include from your Content Library.
- Choose whether to show the product publicly on your booking page. A hidden product is excluded from the public list but remains available through its direct URL.
- Save the product and review it from your booking page before sharing it.
What clients experience
- A visible product appears in the Digital products section of your booking page. The client opens the product to review its title, price, and description.
- The client selects Buy this product or Get for free, enters their contact details, and pays when payment is required.
- After confirmation, the client can open the delivery page immediately. Introwise also emails them a link to return to it later.
- Clients do not need an Introwise account to complete a purchase. Clients who use the client portal can also find their digital product purchases there.
Delivery and secure access
The delivery-page link grants access to the purchased content. Treat it like a private access link and share it only with the purchaser.
When the client selects Download, Introwise creates a temporary file link that expires after one hour. The client can return to the delivery page at any time to create a new download link.
When the client selects Access for a URL item, Introwise opens the current external link.
Update or remove delivered content
Renaming an item, replacing a file, changing a URL, or changing the item type updates the delivery pages of existing purchasers. Introwise warns you before changing content referenced by a purchase.
Deleting a Content Library item makes it unavailable on existing delivery pages. Purchasers keep the delivery page, where the item is shown as removed by the expert.
Deleting a digital product removes it from future sales, but existing purchasers keep access to their delivery pages and any content that has not been removed.
Review purchases and client access
The Purchases dashboard shows the client, amount paid, delivered items, access count, last access date, and a client access link that you can view or copy.
