Launch your booking page
A pre-launch checklist for preparing your Introwise booking page and sharing it with clients.
Before you share your booking page, take a few minutes to review the client-facing details. A clear page, simple service names, accurate availability, and tested payments can reduce questions and help clients book confidently.
Review your booking page
- Go to Dashboard > Booking and make sure your page description explains what you offer and who it is for.
- Check your profile image, cover image, and public page URL.
- If your plan includes custom branding or a custom domain, set those up before you start promoting the page.
Review what clients can book
Go to Dashboard > Scheduling > Services. Confirm each public service has a clear title, helpful description, correct duration, correct price, correct location, and the right payment-processing setting. Hide services that should only be available by direct link.
Check availability, calendar, and policies
- Confirm your availability shows the times you actually want clients to book.
- Connect your calendar so existing events can block unavailable times and new sessions can be added to your calendar.
- Review scheduling rules, time off, and cancellation or rescheduling policy before sharing the page.
Check payments
Go to Dashboard > Payments and confirm your payment account, currency, and paid service prices. If you use Stripe or PayPal, complete any required account verification before sending clients to paid offers.
Test the booking flow
- Open your booking page in a private browser window or while signed out.
- Choose a service and confirm the available times look right.
- Review the client details form, payment step if applicable, and confirmation experience.
Share your page
Once the page is ready, add the link to your website, email signature, social profiles, client onboarding emails, or anywhere you invite clients to book. For focused campaigns, share direct service links so clients land on the exact offer you want them to book.
