Cancellation and rescheduling

How experts and clients can cancel or reschedule sessions on Introwise.

Introwise supports cancellation and rescheduling for eligible sessions. Experts manage changes from the dashboard, and clients can make self-service changes when your policy allows it.

Cancel or reschedule as an expert

  1. Go to Dashboard > Sessions.
  2. Open the upcoming session you want to change.
  3. Choose Cancel or Reschedule.
  4. Add an optional message for the client, then confirm the change.

Client self-service changes

Clients can cancel or reschedule eligible personal sessions from their booking confirmation link when your cancellation and rescheduling policy allows it. Group sessions, past sessions, cancelled sessions, and some package bookings cannot be changed this way.

Set your cancellation and rescheduling policy

  1. Go to Dashboard > Scheduling > Cancellation policy.
  2. Choose whether clients can cancel sessions and whether clients can reschedule sessions.
  3. Set minimum notice rules when the feature is included in your plan.

Payments and refunds

Cancelling a session in Introwise does not automatically refund Stripe or PayPal payments. If a refund is needed, issue it from your Stripe or PayPal dashboard. Payment processing fees and Introwise commissions may be non-refundable.
