Booking, joining, and managing your session
What clients need to know after booking a session on Introwise.
After you book a session on Introwise, your confirmation email includes the session details and the link you need to manage or join the session.
Booking a session
Choose a service, select an available time, enter the requested details, and complete payment if the session is paid. Introwise sends a confirmation when booking is complete.
Joining a session
Use the link in your confirmation or reminder email to join at the scheduled time. The session location depends on the expert’s settings and may be an Introwise call, Zoom, or another location.
Cancelling or rescheduling
If the expert allows client self-service changes, your confirmation link lets you cancel or reschedule eligible personal sessions. Group sessions, past sessions, cancelled sessions, and some package bookings cannot be changed this way.

If you cannot find your confirmation email or need help with payment, cancellation, or rescheduling, contact the expert you booked with first. They can review your booking details from their Introwise dashboard.
