Using Zapier with Introwise

Zapier lets you connect Introwise workflows to other apps. Use it when you want a booking or workflow event in Introwise to trigger an automation outside Introwise.

Open Zapier integrations

1. Go to Dashboard > Automation > Integrations.
2. Use the embedded Zapier experience to connect your Zapier account and create automations.

Trigger Zapier from a workflow

1. Go to Dashboard > Automation > Workflows.
2. Create or edit a workflow.
3. Add the Trigger custom automation action and describe what it should do in Zapier.
4. In Zapier, create an automation using the Workflow Action trigger and select the matching Introwise workflow action.
