Setting up a custom domain
How to connect a custom domain to your Introwise booking page.
Custom domains let you use your own domain for your Introwise booking page. Custom domains are available on the Pro plan.
Before you start
- Use a domain or subdomain that you own and can manage in your DNS provider.
- You can connect up to 10 custom domains.
- Your regular Introwise booking page URL continues to work after you add a custom domain.
Add a custom domain
- Go to Dashboard > Booking > Domain.
- Enter the domain or subdomain you want to connect.
- Follow the DNS instructions shown in your dashboard.
- Wait for DNS and SSL certificate verification to complete. This can take time depending on your DNS provider.
Troubleshooting
If verification does not complete, check that your DNS records exactly match the values shown in Introwise and that there are no conflicting records for the same host. DNS changes can take several hours to propagate.
