Peer Recovery, Reentry Support & Faith-Informed Coaching

Minor Adjustments Group, Inc. provides structured, compassionate support for individuals seeking recovery, stability, and renewed purpose. Our services are grounded in lived experience, accountability, and practical guidance designed to support lasting personal growth.

Core Program Components

Peer Recovery Support
Participants receive one-on-one and group peer recovery coaching delivered by trained specialists with lived experience in recovery and reentry. Support focuses on personalized recovery planning, accountability, emotional wellness, and connection to community resources.

Reentry & Transition Coaching
We provide structured coaching and mentorship for individuals transitioning from incarceration or substance use treatment back into the community. Services emphasize mindset renewal, daily structure, goal setting, and navigating challenges related to housing, employment readiness, and social reintegration.

Faith-Informed Discipleship & Mentorship
Faith-based discipleship is offered as a supportive and optional component of our services. This approach encourages values such as responsibility, purpose, resilience, and positive decision-making, complementing core recovery and reentry support.

Workshops & Training
Minor Adjustments Group delivers interactive workshops and training for churches, treatment centers, and community organizations. Topics include recovery awareness, relapse prevention, leadership development, and creating recovery-friendly environments that support long-term success.

Community Partnerships
We collaborate with local nonprofits, faith-based organizations, treatment providers, and county agencies to connect participants with appropriate services and resources. These partnerships strengthen continuity of care and expand access to meaningful support.
