If you’ve received a drug or alcohol violation and need to complete a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) program under DOT guidelines, don’t stress. Minor Adjustments Group, Inc., led by Michael L. Williams Jr., CADC, NCPRSS, SAP is here to guide you through each step with professionalism and care. Step 1: Choose Your SAP Begin by designating your SAP in the FMCSA Clearinghouse - https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/ Enter “Michael L. Williams Jr.” when prompted. You’ll follow the steps outlined by FMCSA for proper submission. You can switch your SAP at this stage, but only before the initial evaluation begins. The total fee for the entire process is $500. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.
