Viewing your Stripe transactions
With Introwise, you can review Stripe account activity from your dashboard when your connected Stripe account type supports it. This helps you understand payments, Stripe fees, Introwise commissions, refunds, and payout timing.
View Stripe transactions
- Go to Dashboard > Payments.
- Open Payments > Payment accounts.
- In the Stripe section, click View transactions.
If your Stripe account is not connected, connect Stripe first. If you use a standard Stripe account and Introwise cannot show the balance directly, open your Stripe dashboard for full transaction and payout details.
What you can see
- Balances — processed funds that are available or pending payout.
- Transactions — movement of funds in and out of your Stripe account, including Stripe fees and Introwise fees.
- Payments — amounts charged to clients, payment status, refund status, client details, and payment date.
Transaction columns
The transaction table can include Type, Net, Amount, Stripe, Introwise, Description, and Available on. Stripe controls payout timing, and payouts may take several business days depending on your country and Stripe account status.
