How to contact a client
When someone books with you, their contact details are available in your dashboard. Use these details to follow up before or after a session.
Finding contact details from a session
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Open the session from your upcoming, past, or cancelled sessions list.
- Review the client details in the session record to see the email address used for the booking.
- For group sessions, open the session record and review the participant bookings to see each participant’s details.
Finding contact details from a client record
- Go to Dashboard > Clients.
- Search for the client by name or email.
- Open the client record to view their email, session history, packages, and notes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule
Experts can cancel or reschedule eligible upcoming sessions from the session record in the dashboard. You can include an optional message so the client understands what changed.
Clients can also cancel or reschedule eligible personal sessions from their booking confirmation link when your cancellation and rescheduling policy allows it. Group sessions and past sessions cannot be changed this way.
