Dashboard: Clients management
View all your clients, their history of sessions and packages, and add notes.
Introwise clients dashboard allows you to view every client who's ever booked a session or a package with your, search them by name or email, and sort based on the date of their last session or the date they were added.
For each client you can easily see all sessions with that client, as well as all booked packages. With built-in notes you can keep additional client information right on Introwise, or simply keep a link to your external doc.
Viewing your clients
Your clients dashboard is available in the Dashboard section of the top menu.
By default you'll see the list of your clients sorted based on date they were added. You can change the sort order by clicking on the corresponding column name. To reverse the sort order from ascending to descending and back, click on the column name again.
The available sorting orders are:
- By date added
- By date of the last session
- By email
- By name, first or last
You can also search all your clients by their first name, last name and email. To start searching type in a few first letters of the name or the email in the search field. To reset the search simply clear the search field.
Your last search and sorting order is automatically saved in your browser, so you won't loose your position in the list while navigating your Introwise dashboard.
Adding and editing client's notes
For each client you can save notes right on Introwise.
To add or edit a note, follow these steps:
- Go to your clients dashboard
- Find the needed client in the list and click on it
- Scroll down and click on the Notes tab
- Click on the Add button, type your note and save
You can edit your notes at any time, and can have multiple notes for the same client. Your notes are sorted with the newest first, and the latest note is available for a quick access right from the client's record.
Adding a client manually
For each booking made with a new email a client record is created automatically for you. But sometimes you might want to add a client record manually, e.g. for existing clients, or for capturing leads from somewhere else.
To add a client manually:
- Go to your clients dashboard
- Click on the Add button
- Provide the new client's details: first and last name, and email
Note that the email address should be unique and you won't be able to create a second client with the same email.
Editing a client record
If you need to make a correction for a client's data you can edit their client record. This is useful when you client makes a typo when booking a session with you and you want to correct that.
To edit a client record, follow these steps:
- Go to your clients dashboard
- Find the needed client in the list and click on it
- Click on the Edit button opposite to the client's name
- Edit the client's information: first, last name, or email
Note that the email address should be unique and you cannot set a client's email to an already taken email address.
Changes made to the client's record are only reflected in your clients dashboard. Original bookings always show the data as provided by the client.
Merging clients records
It's currently not possible to merge clients records automatically. Please contact us if you need assistance with removing unneeded clients records.
