1. Information Collection & Usage

We collect only the personal information necessary to process your bookings, manage payments, and conduct your sessions. This includes your name, contact details, email address, and any notes or files you voluntarily submit when scheduling through Introwise. This information is used strictly to deliver professional services and communicate with you directly.

2. Absolute Prohibition on Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Your data and creative output belong to you. We strictly prohibit the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning models, or automated voice/data harvesting tools on your personal information or materials:

No AI Model Training: None of your personal data, voice recordings, written scripts, performance materials, email correspondence, or session content will ever be uploaded, inputted, or used to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI, voice-cloning, or machine-learning models.

No Automated Voice Cloning: Voice samples and audio recordings provided during sessions or consultations are strictly used for live instruction, coaching, or agreed-upon production purposes. They will never be synthesized, replicated, or processed through voice-cloning software.

Human-Only Review: All feedback, session notes, and communications are generated entirely by human professionals. No automated AI systems or generative algorithms are used to process or evaluate your work.

3. Third-Party Platforms & Payment Processing

Transactions and bookings are processed securely via Introwise and its integrated payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full credit card details or financial credentials on our servers. Your data is handled in compliance with standard industry encryption protocols.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information, email address, or session content with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Information is disclosed only if required by law or to protect legal rights and safety.
