How I Work (Akademia Academy)-

I use a structured coaching approach so you always know what to practice between lessons and how your English is improving.

Session 1 is an onboarding session:

• New students begin with a Starter Session (Onboarding & Level Check). I evaluate your current level, identify your biggest priorities, and set your near-term focus.
• Continuing students (Preply/Fluentify) begin with a Checkpoint Session (Progress Review & Next-Step Plan). We pick up exactly where we left off, confirm what’s working, and set your next targets.

After Session 1, you will receive a Personal Phrase Bank (tailored to your goals) and Correction Notes (your key patterns + upgraded phrases + weekly focus target) to guide your practice between sessions.

Resource Library (view-only): This is provided to migrating Preply/Fluentify students after Session 1, based on the program track. New students will get access to this library at a later date.

Scheduling note: Availability changes quickly in Introwise. If you see a weekly time that works, please book it as soon as you can. Please include your email address in the description so I can send materials, updates, etc.

I do offer group sessions and one-time trainings (i.e., mock interviews, etc.), but only upon request. If you are interested, you can ask in our Starter sessions.

Akademia Academy - Lesson Guidelines

• Lesson Structure: Lessons are flexible and student-centered. Some lessons may carry over to ensure full understanding. Key topics will be revisited to reinforce learning. Sometimes lessons will take a more freeform approach but always include feedback.
• Preparation: Review past materials, set goals, and bring questions to each lesson.
• Engagement: Speak up, take notes, stay focused, and ask for clarification when needed.
• Post-Lesson: Review materials, practice independently, and reflect on your progress.
• Frequency & Progress: Regular lessons help you progress. We offer milestone reviews to track your development.
• Technology & Materials: Ensure you have access to necessary tools for online lessons. Materials will be sent after class for review.
• Flexibility: We offer rescheduling and make-up lessons (as per the cancellation policy).
• Feedback: Optional mini feedback daily, with in-depth reviews at 3, 6, and 12 months.

To support consistent progress, packages are designed as the best overall value, and a free Starter Session is included with any package. As the academy grows, pricing may adjust; any updates will always be communicated clearly in advance.

Founder Pricing is an early-student rate with built-in rate protection.
Students who begin with a package may keep their current package rate for 12 months.
