BOOKING POLICIES – CONFERENCES & PROFESSIONAL SESSIONS

1. Registration and Payment Terms

All sessions and conferences must be booked in advance through the Introwise platform.

Full payment of the assigned session fee is required at the time of booking. Payment must be completed on or before the scheduled due date indicated at checkout.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Failure to complete payment in a timely manner may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

All session fees are clearly stated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the rate confirmed at the time of payment will be honored for that reservation.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing through the platform.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Credits must be used within 60 days of issuance.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Only one rescheduling request per booking is permitted.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session is not guaranteed and may be subject to forfeiture of payment.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Late Arrival

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.

Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened accordingly. The full session fee remains applicable regardless of late arrival.

7. Educational Disclaimer

All content provided during conferences or private sessions is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing presented constitutes individualized tax, legal, or financial advice. Participants are encouraged to consult with a licensed CPA, tax advisor, or legal professional regarding their specific circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including slides, guides, templates, recordings, or eBooks, are the intellectual property of the presenter.

Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

Information shared during private sessions will be treated with professional discretion and confidentiality.

However, the presenter cannot be held responsible for the protection of confidential information shared during group sessions.
