Terms of Service
Scope of Offerings
The Alkhemaerie, LLC provides a range of services and experiences, including:
- private advisory services
- classes, workshops, and events
- retreats and in-person immersions
- digital products and educational materials
These offerings support leadership development, personal awareness, and the application of living systems intelligence in life and work.
Agreement Hierarchy
Certain services, including private advisory engagements, require a separate written agreement.
Where a signed agreement exists, that agreement governs the terms of the engagement.
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and interactions and supplement, but do not replace, any signed agreement.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed via Stripe or other approved platforms.
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise specified
A grace period of seven (7) days may be extended at the discretion of The Alkhemaerie, LLC
Services or access may be withheld, delayed, or suspended in cases of non-payment
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the offerings:
Advisory engagements are non-refundable once begun
Classes, events, and digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Retreats or immersions may have specific cancellation terms outlined separately
Clients are responsible for ensuring alignment prior to purchase.
Informed Consent
By engaging with these services, you acknowledge that:
The work may include reflective, somatic, intuitive, and living systems-based practices
These approaches are intended to support awareness, leadership development, and personal insight
Cara Helene is not a licensed medical or mental healthcare professional. She does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, nor does she prescribe or advise on medications.
These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial care.
You agree to seek appropriate licensed professionals where needed and take full responsibility for your wellbeing and decisions.
Client Responsibility
You retain full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
The Alkhemaerie, LLC provides guidance, education, and advisory support but does not guarantee specific results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Alkhemaerie, LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in services, events, or advisory engagements.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, and content remain the intellectual property of Cara Helene and The Alkhemaerie, LLC.
This includes, but is not limited to:
the Regenerative Systems Model
leadership frameworks and teachings
written, recorded, and digital materials
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially taught without written permission.
Participation and Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully in all offerings.
The Alkhemaerie, LLC reserves the right to refuse or remove participation in any offering where behavior is disruptive, harmful, or misaligned with the integrity of the work.
