About me: My name is Luba Diasamidze, and I'm a certified executive and team coach. My coaching company, UpThink Coaching, is based in Guangzhou, China, and I work with clients from all over the world. I'm an expat with over 10 years in China, and mom to two bilingual (and bicultural) kids. Who I work with: - I coach leaders around discovering their authentic leadership style, developing leadership presence and competencies, as well as helping them to explore strategies to better lead themself and their people. - I coach teams and help them become more collaborative. I act as a catalyst, helping teams to reach alignment, transform ideas and benaviors, and become more positive and more productive. I work with golbal and culturally diverse teams and help them discover their collective strengths and honor diversity. - As a certified mentor coacn I mentor coaches for their ICF credential and ongoing professional development. - I design and deliver leadership development programs that incorporate coaching and work with clients from anywhere in the world. What inspires me: I'm passionate about seeing people grow and accompanying them on that journey. I love helping new and seasoned managers to deal with workplace challenges, navigate complexities of managing people and systems and develop their authentic leadership style that embraces coaching. EQ Assessment and Debrief
€300 for 1 hour
EQ-i 2.0 is the world's most trusted emotional intelligence assessment. It can only be organized by certified practitioners, like myself. When you order your EQ-i, I'll send you a link to complete your assessment, and you'll get a detailed report (20+ pages). Then we'll have a 60-minute call to discuss your results in detail and co-create a personalized action plan to help you develop your emotional intelligence. The fee includes one EQ-i 2.0 Workplace assessment.
