Mentor on Leadership and Management Aspects

I’m CEO of Exactpro Tbilisi Branch and President and Co-founder of GeoSTQB. My main role spans various directions of developing the Exactpro branch in Georgia. I currently focus on expanding the team, monitoring all areas of activity of the branch, establishing and maintaining relations with universities, coordinating Georgia-based courses on Software Testing, managing events and webinars. My other remit is GeoSTQB – Georgian Software Testing Qualifications Board. By achieving the establishment of the national board of ISTQB in Georgia with my colleagues, I managed to add Georgia to the global ISTQB map and their big family in 2019. Now, the board further develops software testing and Quality Assurance in Georgia. I started my professional career as a business analyst and consultant working for various companies, including Ernst & Young. I continued as a Lead Analyst at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, working on major projects vital for the country’s economy. Then I worked as an IT Business Consultant at the UNDP, in charge of identifying the needs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ HR department for the employee Appraisal Module, investigating the existing IT systems and integration parts, and preparing prototypes and technical IT specifications. After that, I worked as an IT Project Manager for the TBC bank, led the bank’s mobile banking and digital wallet projects and worked as an analyst on the Redesign Internet Banking project. I hold a Bachelor degree in Exact and Natural Sciences from Tbilisi State University in Georgia and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Technology and Management from The Viana do Castelo Polytechnic Institute (IPVC) in Portugal. Besides all milestones and achievements,the most important duty is taking care of my twins, the most enjoyable and, at the same time, the most challenging thing in my life.
