Welcome to Move Your Body Dance Fitness! This is our virtual sessions. I am your instructor Simone and it's exciting to workout with you today. Join me every Tuesday 6pm EST where we exercise, dance ,sweat and have fun! 1-on-1 and Small group training is available.

Tuesday Dance Fitness Classes

$10 for 1 hour

HIIT workout to great music with easy to follow exercise routines that will give a full body workout.

Semi-Private Group Training (Single)

$20 for 1 hour

Semi-Private training is like 1-on-1 sessions but with a small group up to 4 people per class. Get individual workouts that target your specific goals and join a group that's good to motivate one another and keep each other accountable. What we focus on MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY, NUTRITIONAL ADVICE, BALANCE, CONDITIONING Month: $80 (unlimited)

Unlimited Group Session Month

$90 for 1 hour
