Welcome to Tech Community, I am a co-founder of AlHummam to develop minds, TOT certified trainer (BussinesEye, IOM, JEA), ICT curriculums evaluator, ICT IGCSE O level teacher, 15 years of experience as RAN planning and optimization team leader@ Zain-Jo, MSc in data science, Telecommunication engineer and more.. I am here to share my knowledge and experience with Women. I am looking to connect with women who decided to be part of the technology world and has a fear or hesiatation, so I can help her how to find her strength and show her innovation paths in such a field. I am playing the role of being a mentor for students, fresh graduates, new workers and the experienced women, who still don't know if they should stay in their positions or make a new career path and as well helping them to deal with different situations in their working envirnment. I evaluate resumes, teach how to write a cv, give advice where they can apply and how they can pass the interviews and succeed in their career.
