Welcome to my page ! A little bit about me, I'm a single mother of triplets, definitively the biggest project and adventure of all my life. I work in IT area more than 30 ys, currently leading diverse and inclusive teams plus Co-leader of IBM’s Neurodiversity Group Brazil at IBM; Member of the Steering Committee IBM Technology Academy Squad Diversity; Member of Humanized Inclusion (an organization mainly composed of technical autistic women) and Member of GT Connectivity – part of ‘Mulheres do Brazil’. My passion is D&I and most of my time a dedicated to coach and mentoring.
