A good challenge always makes me curious. Love taking ownership in finding the ways to solve it and engaging people in to have more fun together.

Women are still underestimated in tech and this impacts their self-esteem and professional growth ambition. I want to change that. Besides, I like explaining complex things in simple words and have a backpack of tips on career growth roadmapping and getting ready for the next hop.

I am totally self-made in my role and started in tech from scratch with no coding background or computer science degree. Now I am working with people around the globe, leading teams and delivering cool products. This is possible - I have proven that to myself despite any bias. If I have done this, others can repeat it too.

What inspires me? Understanding that I can make a difference.

My goal with this program is to meet a spark and to make it shine.
