Worked and lived in 7 countries in Europe. I am always fascinated in learning new cultures, languages and experiences. I did 4 hotel openings and am with Marriott more then 20 years. I love to improve, learn and change on a consistent base the way we run our hotels. And Marriott is a great contributor in this. Since 4 years I am also responsible for the Business Council Portugal, where we cooperate and assist our hotels in Portugal to achieve our sustainability goals, attracting talents, and sales and marketing activities.
