Are you ready to learn an easy, intuitive way to think about seasonal wellness that takes the guesswork out of feeling good through winter? 

No, we won’t go over lists of plants to memorize. 
And I won’t overwhelm you with a list of herbs you need to buy to make this all work.  

You’ll learn the basics of how healing works in the body through the energetics of wellness (hot/cold, wet/dry). 

And you’ll learn how each of the 5 seasons (from 5 Element Chinese Medicine) shape what foods and herbs act as medicine (right food for the right time of year). 

You will learn how to:
- understand the basic energetics of the season so you know what you’ll need to stay healthy,
- figure out your personal energetics so you know what your specific body needs
- know what foods and herbs you already have in your home that are easy medicine ready to support you
- tailor the herbs and foods you buy to match your energetics and those of the season. 

In this Winter Wellness class, you will get to: 
- try a warming, nourishing overnight breakfast recipe
- enjoy a warming tea
- sample herbs specific for winter wellness
- learn which basic supplements and herbs are most helpful for Winter
- take home a sampling of some of my easy, favorite teas to keep on hand for when you don’t feel well
- ask me any of your burning questions about holistic wellness!
