I'm passionate about movement and wellbeing. I love helping people feel better in their own bodies - improving their mobility and technique, prioritising sleep and rest, finding a healthy work-life balance and letting yourself be. I have plenty of personal experience on this that I can combine with trainings and science behind it. I also enjoy taking people on hikes, leaving noise and distractions behind and connecting with the nature. Showing people that it's not scary or complicated to be in the woods on your own. And all of this I do, because I want people to have the energy to thrive and exceed every single day!
